Maine Attorney General
When he was State of Maine Attorney General Steven Rowe has issued the following statement:
"Owners of apartment buildings may choose to adopt a policy that requires all or part of a building to be smoke-free, including individual apartments and condominiums. There is no law which prohibits this."
